Developing a healthy self-esteem can be done in a number of ways. Some of the key methods are increasing the focus on positive attributes/traits to increase awareness and acceptance of oneself, identifying and challenging negative core beliefs, and setting boundaries by saying no to what is unhealthy and yes to what is healthy.
